I have taught courses in organizational behavior, leadership, communication, research methods, and emerging technologies at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), EHL Hospitality Business School, and the University of Lausanne, in both English and French. At TUM, I teach Advanced Research Methods in Leadership and Organizational Behavior to Master’s students and Innovative Technologies in Management Research to doctoral students, with a focus on virtual reality, augmented reality, and artificial intelligence. I have also taught Human Behavior and Performance, Communication and Public Speaking, Charismatic Leadership, and Responsible Leadership in the Age of Disruptive Technologies to Bachelor’s, Master’s, and executive education students. Across my courses, I combine theoretical foundations with empirical research, interactive exercises, and digital technologies to encourage critical thinking and connect academic concepts to real-world challenges. I also regularly supervise Bachelor’s, Master’s, Executive MBA, and doctoral research projects.
