I am a management researcher interested in how people communicate, lead, and make decisions in a rapidly changing world. My research sits at the intersection of organizational behavior, leadership, diversity, and technology, with a particular interest in managerial communication and human–AI interaction.
I completed my PhD in management about Charisma, Gender, and Pitching at the University of Lausanne in September 2023. After that in 2024 I joined the TUM School of Management with a grant about Embodying you virtual role model.
Beyond research, I am passionate about teaching and mentoring students at different stages of their academic journeys. I particularly enjoy bringing new technologies and research methods into the classroom and encouraging students to question assumptions, think critically, and develop their own ideas.
I also value opportunities to create practical impact beyond academia. I have mentored MBA participants and led MBA workshops on how agentic and communal communication cues can be used to empower female leaders. These experiences allow me to translate research findings into practical tools and to engage directly with professionals facing real leadership and organizational challenges.
On a more personal note, I enjoy hiking, practicing yoga, traveling, and baking. Also I enjoy listening to music that I know all too well.
