Hi there!

My name is Anely Bekbergenova and I am an Assistant Professor in Management at César Ritz Colleges.

Welcome to my personal website where I share information about my research, teaching, and other activities.

Formerly, I was a postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of Research and Science Management the Technical University of Munich, where I remain an affiliated researcher. Before that, I was a PhD Candidate at the University of Lausanne.

I research communication cues, leadership, and social stereotypes. I also conduct research about human-AI interaction. In my work, I enjoy running experimental studies, analyzing text, and using immersive virtual reality.
